Practice

Practice for achieving goals

Each pipeline is a self-contained online cycle. You bring a goal and a recipe, prepare the conditions, perform the routine, record data, and review the result.

What is important from the start

solo online

The work is independent, without a permanent supervisor and without a promise of personal support.

control

The system monitors rhythm, check-ins, and reports, but does not choose the goal for you or assess you as a person.

your recipe

You bring a goal, recommendation, plan, or scenario. metatraining helps turn it into regular practice.

Solo online format

metatraining is not structured as a school with a permanent mentor. The basic format is independent work using the proposed methodology and rules, with automatic rhythm monitoring, checkpoints, and a clear completion point.

independence

You configure the practice yourself

The project does not substitute for your decision and does not provide a universal path for everyone. You bring a goal, recipe, or recommendation and work with it as practical material.

self-monitoring

Tools for control, not control over you

We make no claim on your goal. It and its result remain yours, so the schedule, check-ins, statuses, and reports are not for the project, but for you.

supervision

Confirmation of completion

Human supervision is required to certify completion of a pipeline, but certification itself is only required to move on to the next pipeline.

  • If you would like to work with metatraining in a group with an instructor, individually with a tutor, or in some other format, leave a request and we will consider creating an additional format.

Brief

The brief is an interactive online questionnaire where each next question is based on your current answer. It helps determine whether there is a goal and enough motivation to start, continue, and finish.

purpose

Self-assessment

You answer questions, see your own formulations, and decide for yourself whether you are ready to begin. We do not pretend to know your goal and motivation better than you do.

why

The brief is required for the first pipeline

The first pipeline begins not with payment, but with checking for yourself whether there is something worth starting for. People usually buy a saw when they intend to saw something.

reason

Benefit and result matter to us

We sell neither a goal nor motivation, but a tool for achievement. If you do not want anything, our tool will be useless even if you pay for it.

Take the entry brief

Onboarding

Onboarding begins after choosing a pipeline and receiving access. It is important to complete all settings and resolve organizational issues in advance, so that during the active part of the pipeline everything works and nothing distracts from performing the routine.

rules

Who owes what to whom

It is important to study all rules in advance, understand and accept the frame - what you can expect from the service and what the service will expect from you.

interface

How, where, and what to press

It is important to get familiar with the interface in advance, connect the bot, check notifications, and complete the other settings.

rehearsal

Checking the mechanics

Before starting, it is important to run a full test of the whole mechanism, so that no surprises appear while you are performing the routine.

  • Achieving your goal may require all the willpower you have at the early stages. It is important not to scatter attention or get distracted by organizing the process after it has already started.
  • Onboarding begins immediately after payment. Within 14 days, if you have not started performing the pipeline, you can receive a full refund.

Preparation

Preparation is the methodological setup before an active attempt to complete a pipeline. Here the user turns the recipe into observable practice, answering when, where, what to do, how to record it, and what to do when something breaks.

recipe

What exactly becomes practice

A recipe may be a specialist's recommendation, a plan, a method, your own decision, or a scenario.

conditions

Environment, schedule, windows

You choose time windows, reporting intervals, the minimum version of an action, signals, friction, and supporting conditions.

plan B

If-then plans

We fix the rule - if situation X occurs, I will do action Y. At a critical moment, this approach helps you avoid a breakdown when something goes wrong.

variants

Action variants

Before the start, it is useful to decide what the full version of the routine will be and prepare several shortened versions, so that circumstances do not interrupt the process.

  • We do not check the content of the recipe and do not evaluate it. metatraining assumes that you have checked its content yourself and trust its source.

Practice

The active attempt begins after an explicit pipeline start. After the start, rhythm, substance, and density of practice become critical - routine, check-ins, weekly reviews, and data that help you understand what is actually happening.

routine

Repeatable action

An action or chain of actions is performed, built on your recipe and the focus of the current pipeline.

check-in

Short record

A check-in is not a diary about everything. It records a practical episode so that the next step is based on data.

rhythm

Windows and tolerance

Compliance with the chosen schedule is assessed with an allowed tolerance. If the rhythm falls apart beyond the rules, the attempt may be considered unsuccessful.

breakdown

Data, not shame

A missed action or breakdown matters as material for analysis. If a breakdown is not analyzed, or if there are too many of them, this may become a reason for not passing supervision.

  • Repeating a pipeline or making a new attempt is not a personal failure, but a normal part of the methodology. We will keep the data from each attempt, while each new one is planned and confirmed again.

Report

The report gathers practical material into a coherent picture and shows what was planned, what happened, where the gaps were, which conditions helped, and what needs adjustment in the next cycle.

reviews

Weekly results

A weekly review helps reveal recurring scenarios and analyze causes of breakdowns, instead of simply counting successful and unsuccessful days.

summary

Final report

At the end of the pipeline, the user gathers check-ins, observations, conclusions, and describes in free form what was mastered within the pipeline focus.

material

Basis for a decision

The report is needed by you and for you, as material for preparing a new active attempt or the next pipeline.

  • We do not read your reports without permission and store them in anonymized and encrypted form. Still, you should not put logins, passwords, secrets, or other personal and compromising information in them. The report is not a safe for secrets, but material for your work on your own goal.

Supervision

Supervision is an optional external review of the material by a person, and at the same time a certification condition if the user wants to move on to the next pipeline.

formal

Sufficiency of data

The presence of required artifacts, check-ins, weekly reviews, the final report, week coverage, and absence of unresolved critical gaps are checked.

substantive

Substance of the report

The report is checked for whether it meaningfully reflects practice through the pipeline focus, separates facts from evaluation, records breakdowns, and explains adjustment.

consistency

Plan, rhythm, and report

The consistency of the plan, check-ins, rhythm, and final report is checked. This is not a personality exam and not an assessment of the goal or life result.

review

Optional feedback

Basic supervision ends with certification of pipeline completion under the rules of metatraining.

  • Supervision and certification in the system confirm completion of a specific achievement pipeline.

What next?

If you need to understand the tool and the sequence of pipelines, open pipelines. If you need to start, the first step is to take the brief.
